Sharing this post for two reasons!!

One: I blog all of my sessions!! (Well, I try to at least. Sometimes the busy season catches up to me and I drown in work, but I promise, I try my best!!)

Two: I just need to share a little PSA. If you know me, you know I’m not a huge dog person but that doesn’t mean you can’t bring your pup along to your engagement session !! I love it when couples bring along things that are important to them! And if your dog is a big part of your family/relationship, I am MORE than happy to photograph your it! I might not cuddle your dog but I PROMISE to capture cute pics of it!! Every now and then I’ll get an email from a client asking if it’s okay for them to bring their dog along to their session, knowing that I’m not a huge dog fan. While it’s so sweet of my clients to be looking out for me, this session is all about YOU!! And if you love your dog, I am more than happy to have him/her included in your session!!

Now, onto Brooke + Tyler!! I am so excited about these two because they are my first ever LOCAL couple to book me. I’m talking like a 20 min drive from my house in Missouri to their wedding venue. Y’all, it’s been YEARS since I’ve been able to photograph a wedding and be in my bed a half an hour after the wedding is over!! What a dream! 😉

Brooke + Tyler met in St. Louis so it just so worked out that we were able to meet down there to capture their engagement session! They brought along their adorable dog Jovi, their sweet personalities and the trees just so happened to be blooming for us!! It was a gloomy day and the sun didn’t want to shine, but the air was warm and the park was stunning!! Can’t wait to capture Brooke + Tyler’s wedding day in just a few months!!
